Cafe Soleil in El Sobrante

Service was excellent, portions were generous & tasty. My wife had what she said was the best burger she had in years!Have been there many times in the last 6 years, never dissapointed.

Large dining area, and ample parking. The staff seemed rushed but very polite. Ordered quickly and food came out quickly. My drink was always filled. The homemade clam chowder is definitely homemade, a little under-seasoned but overall very good. The burger was obviously a frozen patty but wasn't dry. This too could use some seasoning. Great value for the food.

Visited for my nephews wedding reception. Food was good , we had fun. Also wanted to thank management and staff for accommodating my special needs child. It made the night worthwhile. Thank you.

One of the few breakfast places in the area but nothing to fabulous. They inspired me to cook at home more😉

The menu is extensive. I had the lentil soup and a burger. Both were very good. Service was great. I need to come back a few times to try other dishes as this was only my first visit. I suspect this will become one of my go-to places in the future.

Lovely spot, easy to find, plenty of parking, roomy restaurant with super friendly staff. We had wonderfully large and yummy breakfasts. The linguisa and hot link were yummy, hash browns have a great crisp on them, sausage gravy is wonderful with biscuit. Coffee and hot tea selection were both very good. Portions are excellent, very good! We would definitely stop here again.

One of my favorite local spots. Many options, great hamburger steak, healthy options, keto options available. Usually has great service.

Judging by the other reviews our mistake was doing carry out. We placed an order here based on the online menu pricing only to find out that everything is 2 to 3 dollars higher. A perfect example of false advertising at its finest. On top of the fabricated prices there is also a 20% gratuity added to your bill. So if you choose to eat here beware of the hidden charges.

I cant believe I'm just finding this place. Their biscuits an gravy were so scrumptious, I didn't have to add salt or pepper the flavor in the gravy was yummy an the biscuits were homemade an baked perfectly. Scrambled eggs were beautiful and the fried potatoes didn't need anything either except I like ketchup on mine they weren't burnt an they were soft just enough. The oatmeal was a little over cooked but I didn't specifically say how I like it nor did I ask how they made it. Their customer was very good from the host to the waiter. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This place simply knows how to please their clients. Constantly with a welcoming approach. The food is affordably priced, regularly delightful and clean.

Great food excellent breakfasts always very crowded but usually not too much wait and always a seat at the counter . Pretty fast service .I would recommend if you don't have an economy car the park on the other side lot the slats are really small I think somebody ding my car door when I was there last time . Made me unhappy but the breakfast was excellent .

Very family style, home style restaurant with super breakfasts and great comfort food all round. Staff is always friendly and never feel rushed there. Small place in strip mall in El Sobrante that is just all round down home great cooking. When "packed" times like breakfasts, after church, or at lunch can be really crowded and a wait, but if your looking for a real home style atmosphere with really solid down home food, worth the wait. Parking is a bit cramped too, just be aware.

Good food and service, but I've noticed their prices have gone up substantially. Their workers special breakfast is great. I've only been here for breakfast and they catered one of our company events. Their catering for a big crowd is not that great. They came very unprepared. If you're looking for a good hearty breakfast, this is a great place.

This spot never fails to impress. They serve fantastic food for affordable prices, there are no long waits even when the place is packed.

It's right next door to my nail shop, so I stop in for a bite in the mornings which is there busy time& can be time consuming, overall the food is good but they have a few students that work there which is good, but a few of them get distracted talking to much & personalizing with customers. I've gone here with a couple friends for lunch. I've had a couple of their salads and they are excellent. Last week I had the Grilled Salmon. It came with at least 4 -6 oz of salmon on top along with all kinds of veggie. The last time I had their shrimp salad with real shrimp not the salad type. Love going to this place for lunch.

I come to this superb restaurant once a month since I enjoy the good mood that is part of this restaurant. The staff is exceptionally helpful and professional. The service is remarkablywonderfully efficient. Also, the food they cook is magnificent. I ate there more than once and I was always delighted. The pay is decent. I recommend this restaurant to to all.

My hubby loved his corned beef breakfast. My veggie omelet was acceptable. Fruit side was great and we were big fans of the whole grain toast.
